Raegan has nearly two decades of leadership in Demand Side Management planning, program design and implementation. With work experience in the private, public and utility sectors, Raegan brings a proven ability to understand and bridge perspectives among diverse stakeholders and to build common ground. Prior to joining our team, she was VP of Conservation and Demand Management with Alectra Utilities, where she was accountable for a $400-Million DSM Portfolio and a team of 80 employees.
A recognized leader in energy efficiency, Raegan is currently the Board Chair of AESP. Her extensive professional experience is also supported by a Master of Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford. She is a strong advocate of evidence-based decision making, inclusive strategic planning and rigorous program performance management. Raegan is also an expert facilitator. She loves leading diverse groups though engaging processes to meet a common goal.
Laura brings more than 20 years of experience designing and managing integrated marketing and communications initiatives (19 years within the energy sector). Laura leads ICF Marketing’s Northeast Team, where she oversees marketing programs and pilots for utilities that include Con Edison, Orange & Rockland Utilities, Central Hudson, and the Sponsors of Mass Save. Laura has led the design, implementation, and evaluation of some of the industry’s most iconic marketing campaigns for utilities and government agencies across the U.S., with a focus in the Mid-Atlantic, New York and New England regions. As a current, four-time elected member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) Board of Directors, Laura helped lead the organization through two strategic planning cycles, authored several States of the Industry reports, and co-chaired AESP’s Topic Committees. She currently co-chairs AESP’s 31st Annual Conference Program Planning Committee.
Pamela Fann serves as the Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance’s Director of Membership and Diversity Integration. In this role, she is responsible for managing all aspects of SEEA’s membership program and achieving its annual performance and financial goals. Previously, Pam had a successful 22-year career with The Coca-Cola Company, most recently working in Public Affairs and Communications as the EA to the VP of Global Communications.
Pam has a degree in Marketing and certification in Human Resource Management from University of Phoenix and has served on the board of The Coca-Cola Company’s women’s LINC and on the Advisory Board of Georgia Tech Women’s Entrepreneurship Program.
Pam is the proud parent of a 23-year-old son, Major, who is a recently enlisted United States Navy seaman. She resides in College Park, Georgia.
Mark Gentry has over 30 years’ experience working with energy efficiency programs on behalf of utilities, including spending 15 years with Duke Energy and 10 with Advanced Energy. Mark is an expert at getting to the heart of his utility client’s business needs and then drawing on CLEAResult’s expertise and unique technologies, to address concerns and present solutions that drive success.
As VP of Business Development, for the Mid-Atlantic region, Mark fills a key customer service role in managing programs and keeping them on track to achieve his clients’ goals, making necessary program modifications, and ensuring that his clients receive the full benefit of all that CLEAResult has to offer in terms of marketing, research, and program delivery. He provides strategic guidance to utility clients as they strive to meet their demand-side management goals, maximize energy efficiency portfolios, and position themselves for the future.
Jeff's passions include continuously driving for higher efficiency and productivity in everything, especially energy and resource preservation while delivering premium experiences for clients. Career achievements started with earning a Line Officer commission in the Nuclear Navy and graduating from Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory. Jeff worked his way from field engineer to majority owner and CEO of Michaels Energy in twenty years, and has returned to marathoning, completing at least one race in each of the last seven years. In addition to the Bettis, Jeff has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota State University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, respectively.

Ms. Quinn Parker has over 14 years of experience in the energy industry including regulatory finance and analytics, as well as demand-side management program research, design, planning, and implementation. Ms. Parker is CEO of Encolor, a firm committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the energy industry. Encolor provides inclusive strategies and thoughtful guidance, helping clients achieve their operational and equity goals. Ms. Parker is a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Ms. Parker holds an M.B.A from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University.
Brian is the Strategic Emerging Markets Manager with JEA, leading new initiatives, including the design and implementation of the Utility’s Residential Demand Rate Pilot, by managing operational efforts across the company. He also has responsibility for the Customer Experience and growth of JEA’s new dynamic pricing initiatives, Billing and Payment Programs, their Customer Engagement platform and all Electric and Water DSM market initiatives. An active member of AESP for the past five years, he currently serves on the National Board of Directors.

Jen currently serves as President and CEO of the Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP). Within her role, she focuses educating and empowering AESP's members on such topics as energy efficiency technologies, conservation strategies, demand response program design and implementation, demand flexibility strategies,, grid edge technology deployment, beneficial electrification and demand side focused customer engagement strategies.
Prior to her current role, she served as Vice President of Research and Education at the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), where she led her team in the development of cutting edge industry research and thought leadership as well as in the creation of educational offerings for SEPA’s membership base. She also acted as a subject matter expert and business advisor on multiple topics including: Community Solar, Integration of Distributed Energy Resources, Electric Vehicle Infrastructure, Storage Technologies, Customer Analytics, PV Asset Management, Bundled Utility Customer Offerings and Behind the Meter Technology Aggregation.
Before joining SEPA, Jennifer spent nearly nine years as Manager of Renewables for the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). While in that role, she managed renewable energy programs, corporate sustainability and electric vehicle infrastructure.
Prior to her time at OUC, she was a Senior Analyst with the Florida Solar Energy Center focused on grid-connected photovoltaics and solar outreach and education as well as biomass resource development for utility-scale applications.
She is a LEED accredited professional.
